Prequel No. 022

Each hand begins one line where the wall has room and extends it a step at a time, keeping its distance from every other line; the pen thins as the drawing ages. A line may run into another line and stop there; it never crosses one. Branches leave a line curving back the way it was going. Every line is given one of four colours at birth, dealt for each drawing from a photograph of a kale Caesar salad, each colour as often as its part of the photograph; the other settings are drawn afresh for each drawing too.
